KONCEPT initially undertook work for our company at 104 Dalton Avenue, a 12,500 sq ft self contained office building. The brief was to revitalise the common areas of the building and support our objective of delivering a premium product to the market. We were so happy with this project that we subsequently instructed KONCEPT to design the ground floor common areas of Thomson House a 100,000 sq ft office building located elsewhere on Birchwood Park. Although KONCEPT didn’t undertake the detailed designs for this project the initial vision was maintained. It is perhaps one of the most successful refurbishments of the common areas of a multi-occupied office building undertaken in the North West in recent years.

We had heard lots of positive feedback about this company so didn’t hesitate to engage them when we wanted to open an office for our support and development team based in Manchester. This team aren’t client facing so we wanted to blend a comfortable space with a relaxed home from home feel with a productive office environment. It was also important for us that there was a generic feel to all of the Couchbase offices but each office was individualised to that team and the area the office was located in.
